[Delivery related]
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight per area when ordering the product. The shipping cost may vary depending on the size and weight, so please check the amount before ordering.


[Exchange and return]
All products cannot be refunded/exchanged/return after opening, so please purchase them carefully.
Outbox is an anti-shock agent to protect products, and exchanges or returns are not possible due to fine scratches, stains, external damage, or discoloration that may occur during the distribution process.
In case of damage to the product that occurred during the delivery process, an exchange or return can be made only when there is a photo at the time of receipt. (One box photo with the waybill number and one photo of the damaged product)
Even in the case of misdelivery products, exchange or return is not possible in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc., so please check before opening the package. (In the case where the value of the product is significantly lost due to damage to the packaging/in the case where the packaging of the reproducible product is damaged.)


[Cancel the order]
You should request cancellation immediately after receiving an order confirmation email. (If your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel it.)


[Delivery restrictions]
Shipping is restricted in the following countries: Afghanistan, Andorra, Ascension Island, Belarus, British Indian Ocean Territory, Kosovo, Russia, Sao Tome Principe, Sudan, Thailand, Tristan da Cunha, remote U.S. islands, Ukraine, Venezuela, Nepal
